When I look at my plate for breakfast, lunch, or dinner I like to see a variety of color, nice green veggies, and a good source of protein. This makes for some relatively repetitive meals, as I realized from my photo archive! Most of my meals look exactly the same! (to me anyway) I thought I'd send some inspiration your way and post some of my basic "salad/protein" meals. The recipes are so straight forward, what you see is what you get...but if you have specific questions on any of them let me know.

Sauteed Kale, Asparagus, Grilled Chicken & Avocado/Sundried Tomatoe on GF toast
Sauteed Kale, Zuchinni, Deli tueky & side of papaya
Chopped kale, pepper, nut salad with grilled Chicken & sliced tomato
Spinach & beet Salad w Grilled Chicken and side of asparagus
Is the plate considered one serving?
